The data this site and our phone line take in, the reason for each item, and the people who can see it. Revised November 2026.

Retention. Job records stay on file while warranty, permit or tax rules need them. Requests that never became a job are cleared once they are no longer useful. Your browser keeps a copy of recent chat conversations on your own device for up to 30 days. We sell nothing to anyone, and no advertiser receives your details.
Your choices. Write to hello@capitalcitywaterproofing.com to see what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. Tell the line at the start of a call if you would rather not be recorded. This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property, and we do not knowingly take in details from anyone under 18.
